Shipping Policy

Currently we ship to all countries.

Due to the global reduction of flights caused by the pandemic, considerable delivery delays may occur and shipping may take longer than usual.

In some cases, items may not be handed directly to addressees.

We are doing our best to get your order to you as fast as possible, however we hope you understand that it may take some time.

If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us. 

In case Japan Post changes its policy regarding the shipping process and we are not able to ship the item to you after the purchase is made, we will give you a full refund.

Shipping Address

Please accurately provide your address and remember to spell out the destination city. Abbreviations, misspellings, and typos can result in delayed delivery.

If you've realized you made an error with your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us by email (momomailshop@gmail.com), so we may help adjust this before your order ships.

Importation and Customs

MomoMail has the right to change the shipping method if the wrong method has been selected at the time of check out.

You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from momomailshop.com, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country.

The recipient of an international shipment subject to such import taxes, customs duties, and fees (which are levied once a shipment reaches your country) must comply with them and MomoMail cannot be held liable whatsoever. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country—you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

Lost or Stolen Items

MomoMail cannot be held liable for lost or stolen items. Once the item has been delivered to the shipping carrier, all claims need to be made with the carrier and not with MomoMail.

How To Pay

At the moment, we accept payments made through PayPal or credit/debit card.

PayPal

We accept payment via PayPal. Choose "Pay with PayPal," at checkout and follow the prompts to log into your PayPal account.

If you have multiple payment methods added to your PayPal account the default payment method will be used to process your transaction.

Credit Cards

We currently accept credit cards from Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, and JCB.

Enter your billing address exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. Contact your bank or credit card company if you need the billing address associated with your account.

For your security, we require you to enter your 3- or 4-digit card security code (CVV).

Fraud Protection

All payment forms are subject to verification and review. We reserve the right to refuse to process any transaction, sale, or shipment of orders due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity.
